The Blawhurst residential portfolio of 39 houses and flats is situated in densely populated areas of Hull, predominantly catering for students attending Hull University, north of the City Centre.

The portfolio is offered as a single proposition for investment, the onward sale of individual properties or a combination approach.

Three further properties are separately marketed with independent property details. Blawhurst Limited administered and maintained the portfolio from residential accommodation used as offices and workshops in De Grey Street. The Company owned retail accommodation with residential above on Beverley Road and a development opportunity and apartment scheme in Cottingham.
