Our Property Management team look after property from Cardiff to Ipswich, Birmingham to Newcastle and accurate financial record keeping is key to ensuring that we provide the quality of service our clients expect. As the number of properties we manage increases so does our need to have the right staff in the right role.
We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our team and help us manage our clients' property accounts. Experience of working in a property management role is not essential but the right person will have knowledge of computerised bookkeeping packages, Excel, how to complete VAT returns and, ideally, how to calculate and apportion Service Charges.
This role will be based in our Hull office and we offer a great working environment in the city centre, autonomy (with support if you want it) and a competitive salary dependent upon experience.
