Our firm manages a vast array of residential properties on behalf of clients, and we are currently seeking an individual to join our busy Property Management department, as a Property and Lettings Manager.
The successful applicant will have established experience of Property Management and will be hardworking, reliable and seeking to advance their career, as the role not only includes responsibility for managing the existing portfolio of residential properties but includes the growth of the department through liaison with our agency and marketing teams.
This is a full time role based in our Hull Office and would suit an individual with the following attributes:
Essential Skills/Experience
Previous experience
Full UK Drivers licence and access to vehicle
Excellent administration and communication skills
IT Literate particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of dealing with inbound/outbound telephone enquiries
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
An ability to react quickly
Key Responsibilities
Database management
Dealing with tenant queries as they arise
Undertaking inspections/site visits
Liaising with contractors
Dealing with Health and Safety/compliance requirements
Building relationships with clients and tenants
Listing properties to let and providing advice to landlords
Creating and processing tenancy agreements & renewals
Managing the move in/move out process including deposit taking and returns
Ensuring tenants are kept updated as to works at all times
Issuing notices when necessary
Out of hours call out
