Scotts Property maintain focus to secure deal

A well-known West Hull Business Park is set to welcome a new occupier.
Scotts Property LLP has secured the letting of a large office building at Willerby Hill, near Hull. A large detached three story office is set to be transformed in the coming months to provide a modern hospital facility.
Extending to over 13,500 sq. ft, the property has been let to a national eye hospital operator. The business with has multiple sites across the UK is expanding into the Hull & East Yorkshire area for the first time, creating new jobs in the area when it opens later this year.
This letting follows a recent disposal of over 5,000 sq. ft. of premises in Hull City Centre to a dental operator, set to provide out of hours services to the city of Hull. Both lettings have been secured by Scotts Property LLP. Nick Coultish, who handled the transactions, believes that the lettings reflect a recent upsurge in demand for medical related premises in and around the city.
