TWO TEN-YEAR LETTINGS AT WILLERBY HILL BUSINESS PARK

The Derwent Group has secured two new lettings at Willerby Hill Business Park in Hull.
SpaMedica, the UK’s largest provider of cataract surgery, has leased all 13,674 sq ft of three-storey Building B, which is located at the centre of the site, on a ten-year lease. The letting marks SpaMedica’s first hospital within the Humberside region.
Ansell UK Ltd, one of the world’s first manufacturers of limited life protective workwear, has relocated its head office to Willerby Hill from Hull’s Priory Park, taking 8,760 sq ft across the first and second floors of Building C, in a ten-year deal.

Willerby Hill Business Park is also home to BT Wholesale and Advanced Solutions.
Nick Coultish from Scotts Property acted on behalf of The Derwent Group and Ewan Mackay from Ewan Mackay Property Consultants acted for SpaMedica. Ansell UK Ltd acted for itself.

Willerby Hill Business Park is located to the west of the City of Hull and is accessed from the A63 via The Beverley Humber Bridge Link Road, the A164.
The ground floor of Building A is still available to let, totalling 3,930 sq ft.
